What is oVo?
oVo is an issue tracking system with built-in time accounting. Track work down to the minute and report time by project, revision, or user for clear management and accounting visibility.
Who is it for?
Teams who want simple issue tracking plus reliable time reporting: agencies, consultancies, and internal IT teams that need to measure workload and understand where time goes.
How does time tracking work?
Time is recorded against work items and can be filtered by project, revision and user. Reports are designed to be export-ready for stakeholders and accounting.
Can I export or share reports?
Yes. oVo includes export-ready summaries so you can share time and activity breakdowns with clients, managers, or your accounting process.

How much does it cost?
The standard plan is $12 per user / month.
You can always see your current paid users vs desired users in Billing & Subscription.
What’s included?
Unlimited projects & issues, plus storage included per company.
Current plan example: 30 GB shared storage per company • 200 MB per file.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial without a credit card. You’ll also see a clear expiry date for the free period in your Billing page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account. After cancellation, the company will revert to the Free plan (with an expiry date if a free period applies).
Billing
What does “Renews on” mean?
Renews on is the next billing date (your current period end). It is the date your subscription is scheduled to renew and be charged again.
Example display: Monthly (renews 01/02/2026).
How do seat changes work? Can I remove seats?
Yes — you can reduce seats. Any seats already paid for remain available until the end of the current paid period. Your updated user count will apply from the next billing cycle.
How can I tell whether my payment succeeded?
A successful payment will show your subscription as active and set the next renewal date. If payment fails, your status may change (for example, to past due) until the payment is resolved.
Account & Security
Can I delete my account?
Yes. If you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled (if active) and your company is marked as deleted in the system.

How do I get help?
Use the Contact Us page and include your company name and the email you used to register. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Can you help migrate us from spreadsheets or another tracker?
Yes. If you have an existing workflow (spreadsheets, Trello/Jira-like trackers, or custom processes), contact us and we’ll discuss the best migration path.
